Before You Arrive
Confirm Final Timeline
Double-check your timeline with your planner or coordinator and ensure all vendors have a copy. Especially your photographer, caterer, DJ, and florist.Pack Your Details
Bring all the beautiful, meaningful things that need to be photographed (invitation suite, rings, vow books, perfume, shoes, etc.). This is typically one of the first things your photographer will do when they arrive!Steam Your Dresses/ Suits
We, of course, provide steamers for you! However, doing this the night before allows for quick touch-ups on the day of and more time to enjoy relaxing and spending time together.
Time in the Suites
Don’t forget to eat! Feel free to bring protein-rich snacks, sandwiches, fruit, etc. Bring lots of water with you to stay hydrated!
Take plenty of photos with your dress in the bridal suite! We have a hook for your dress to hang in front of the mirrors!
Pre Ceremony
First Look (if applicable)
Our outdoor spaces are such lovely spots to do a first look! In the courtyard, event lawn, gazebo, in front of the glass chapel.
Family + Wedding Party Photos
Getting these done early helps you enjoy cocktail hour later! Work with your photographer to build a smooth shot list to get as many photos done before the ceremony as possible, even if you are not doing a first look, you can at least knock out bridesmaids’ photos, family, and solo shots!
Room Reveal
Sneak away for a moment alone or see your decorated space before guests arrive, it’s always an emotional favorite.
Ceremony
Cue the Music
Whether you’ve booked a live musician or curated a playlist, make sure your ceremony songs are lined up and timed with your planner. If you do not have a DJ or your DJ is not running your ceremony, make sure there is someone to handle the sequence of the music that is not in the wedding party or who will want a front row seat.
Reception
Private Moment Together
Plan a few quiet minutes alone post-ceremony to soak it all in. Some of the most cherished memories happen in these pauses.End-of-Night Plan
Assign someone to take home your cards, gifts, florals, and any décor you want to keep! If you opted for BYOB, please be sure there is ONE person who is responsible for taking it home.
